In the first live webinar of ISMA’s 2023 Opioid Webinar Series, INSPECT Director Kara Slusser will discuss practitioners’ use of INSPECT and its integration of patients’ controlled-substance prescription histories into EHRs and pharmacy management systems. She will also discuss recent changes to related statutes, regulations and guidelines, as well as NarxCare, an enhancement to INSPECT now available through paid integration. Each webinar in the new opioid series counts toward the 2.0 hours of CME on opioid prescribing and abuse needed to renew a Controlled Substance Registration by Oct. 31, 2023.

2023 Coding Updates
