Even if you’re not a voting member of the House of Delegates, the 173rd Annual ISMA Convention in Noblesville has something for you. All ISMA members are invited to the Physician Wellness Workshop with Dr. Dike Drummond and other events on Friday, Sept. 9. And, any ISMA member may speak on resolutions during reference committee meetings Saturday, Sept. 10, and observe as the House of Delegates hears testimony and votes on resolutions on Sunday, Sept. 11. Once you register for convention, you’ll be able to access the ISMA convention app – your indispensable guide to the weekend’s activities.

This year, we’ve added a game to the app to get you back in the swing of our first in-person convention in three years: You’ll find the ISMA Homecoming Challenge at the bottom of your app home screen. Convention attendees can earn points by completing 14 challenges, such as arriving early to the House of Delegates, visiting the photo booth and stopping by sponsors’ tables. The top three finishers will be awarded palate-pleasing gourmet prizes at the conclusion of Sunday’s House of Delegates session – however, you must be present to win.

As always, the convention app also contains the weekend’s agenda, a floor plan of the Embassy Suites Noblesville Hotel and Conference Center and information on candidates for ISMA offices and the Indiana delegation to the AMA. The “Documents” section contains the House of Delegates Handbook and Supplemental Handbooks, as well as summaries of ISMA Pulse feedback on all 2022 resolutions. Once Reference Committee Reports are finished Saturday evening, they will be uploaded to the app, as well.

iPhone users

1. Download the EventMobi app from the App Store: EventMobi on the App Store (apple.com).
2. Enter the code isma2022 and click the blue plus sign.
3. Click “Launch App.”
4. Enter your ISMA email address and click “Continue.”
5. You will then be prompted to enter or set up your password.
   a. If you have never logged in to the convention app before, you will be prompted to create a password. 
   b. If you have previously logged into the app (for example, for previous conventions), you will use the same password to access the app. If you do not recall your password, click “Forgot Password?” and an email will be sent to your ISMA email address to reset it.
6. You should now have full access to the convention app.

Android users

1. Download the EventMobi app from the Google Play store: EventMobi - Apps on Google Play.
