The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP, or Indiana Medicaid) on Aug. 9 announced Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®1) codes for coverage of COVID-19 injections for children as young as 6 months. It also announced Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes for coverage of vaccine injections for hepatitis B.
