The following ISMA members will serve on reference committees for convention. Reference committees hear testimony on resolutions and prepare reports recommending how the House of Delegates vote on each resolution: Adopt, adopt as amended, not adopt, refer to the Board of Trustees for study, or refer to the Board of Trustees for action.
