ISMA members elect district officers, discuss key issues with lawmakers
Twelve of ISMA’s 13 districts have now held their 2022 annual meetings, where they elected officers and ISMA staff gave updates on member programs and advocacy in the past year. In addition, 28 state legislators accepted invitations to attend, answering questions and discussing issues such as scope of practice, prior authorization, abortion, public health, and the importance of year-round communication with physician constituents.

The final meeting, for District 11, will take place on Saturday of convention weekend.

The following ISMA district officers were elected or re-elected at meetings in April, May or June:
