2022 ISMA district meetings, elections are underway
After two years of conducting business virtually, district meetings and elections for district officers are being held in person. Local legislators have been invited to attend, and members are encouraged to invite a nonmember physician colleague as their guest.

To register, you will be required to enter your ISMA login and password. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email and a follow-up email with detailed information about the meeting, the names and roles of each district officer, and elections.

Each meeting will include live nominations and voting for a district president, and some districts will also accept nominations and conduct voting for trustees or alternate trustees. You must be an ISMA member to participate in elections. If you would like to run for office but cannot attend, you must arrange for someone who is at the meeting to nominate you.

Please watch your email for information on how to register for the upcoming district meetings below. Additional details will be shared as they become available.

*Combined meeting

**This meeting was rescheduled from an earlier date after District 9 Trustee Angela Wagner, DO, resigned her position on March 23. The ISMA Bylaws require six weeks’ advance notice for trustee elections that occur at the district meeting, so the originally scheduled meeting was postponed to provide that six weeks’ notice. Currently, under the bylaws, District 9 Alternate Trustee Michael Kellams, DO, is serving as the interim trustee, and District 9 President Seung Sim, MD, is serving as the interim alternate trustee as well as district president.
