On Feb. 27, the Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) released the bulletin BT202526, which adds coverage for iloprost (Q4074), retroactive for dates of service (DOS) on or after Feb. 27, 2023. The bulletin also notes that, for DOS on or after March 27, 2025, prior authorization will be required for coverage of procedure code Q4074.

Code tables related to coverage of iloprost have also been updated.
