BT202538 - Pharmacy updates approved by the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning February 2025

BT202537 - IHCP removes coverage for certain COVID-19 treatment procedure codes

BT202536 - IHCP to mass adjust or reprocess COVID-19 vaccine claims for procedure code 91322

BT202531 - Reprocessing or mass adjustment of incorrectly denied claims for procedure code J2777

BT202529 - Adds coverage for adjuvanted flu vaccine Fluad (90653)

BT202528 - Electronic claim submission initiated for dually eligible members with no or exhausted Part A benefits
