ISMA’s Resident Fellow Society and Young Physician Society will host their 2026 Spring Social on May 1 at The Garage Food Hall in the Bottleworks District.

The event, scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m., will feature networking, food and drinks, and a presentation from ISMA member Dr. Kyle Stephenson on financial literacy and investing strategies for physicians.

Stephenson, a sports medicine orthopedic surgeon at Riverview Health, will discuss lessons from his personal financial journey, including approaches beyond traditional retirement accounts. He also hosts the Doctors Investor Club Podcast, which focuses on private investment and income diversification for physicians.

The event is free for ISMA members and open to Resident Fellow Society and Young Physician Society members and one guest. It will be held in the Bottling Room at The Garage Food Hall, 906 Carrollton Ave. Public parking is available nearby.
