The Physicians Foundation, a national nonprofit created to strengthen physician leadership and facilitate the delivery of high-quality health care, is now accepting applications for its annual fellowship program for new and early-career physicians.

The one-year fellowship runs from July 2025 through June 2026. The selected applicant will collaborate with Physicians Foundation experts on a project to equip physicians with the tools and knowledge to address drivers of health (DOH), the socioeconomic factors that affect patients’ health care outcomes.

The Foundation estimates the fellow will spend 10-15 hours a month working to develop and implement the project.
