Coverage and billing information for 2025 annual HCPCS code update
BT202520 – IHCP has reviewed the 2025 annual Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) update to determine coverage and billing guidelines. This bulletin replaces the originally published annual HCPCS update in IHCP Bulletin BT2024211. This IHCP coverage and billing information is effective for dates of service (DOS) on or after Jan. 1, 2025, unless otherwise specified.

Recertification requirements for certain providers
BT202516 – Home health agency license is now an option for required documentation for recertification for Type 32 – Waiver Provider, subspecialty A11/ B11/F19 (Home and Community Assistance).
