All Indiana medical faculty, residents, students and health professionals are invited to attend the 2025 Finding Inspiration and Resilience in Medicine (FIRM) Conference, “Rediscovering Childhood Passions,” on Feb. 28.
FIRM will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ascension St. Vincent William K. Nasser Healthcare Education and Simulation Center, 1801 W. 86th St., Indianapolis. ISMA is proud to sponsor the conference again in 2025.
The annual collaboration between IU School of Medicine and the Tom and Julie Wood College of Osteopathic Medicine at Marian University brings together medical professionals and students for sessions on wellness, mental health and self-care. Annual highlights include meditation, art and music therapy, guest speakers and OMT demonstrations.
As part of the “childhood passions” theme in 2025, there will also be fort building, Legos, Hot Wheels, video games, board games, art therapy, music therapy, therapy dogs, yoga, meditation and much more.
Registration is free, and lunch will be provided. The first 100 people to sign up will be guaranteed a T-shirt and other FIRM swag.
