ISMA adds client services representative for insurance

Rachel Patting has joined ISMA as a client services representative for insurance. Her focus will be to support all insurance subscribers in understanding and using their benefits.

A native of the Quad Cities, Rachel holds a B.S. degree in human services from Millikin University and an A.A. degree in psychology from Sauk Valley Community College. She spent eight years during high school and college working in a support role with physician practices and has supported and managed programs providing housing for homeless families and individuals.

She is looking forward to deepening her knowledge of the insurance field, getting to know ISMA’s insurance subscribers and helping them make the most of their benefits.

“Rachel is well-positioned to leverage her communication skills and experience working within a medical practice to support the many practices that make up the Medical Practice Consortium,” said ISMA Vice President of Finance Mark Ingold. “We’re excited to have her join the team!”
