If you or your business provided health care services, equipment, or supplies to Blue Plan patients at any time from July 24, 2008, to Oct. 4, 2024, you may be eligible to submit a claim for your share of a $2.8 billion settlement reached with Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

The settlement, reached earlier this year with all BCBS entities and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, is the largest antitrust settlement in the history of the U.S. health care sector. The settlement claims period is open and will run until July 29, 2025.

Information on how to submit a claim will be shared via a live Zoom by Whatley Kallas, LLP, on Jan. 16 from noon to 1 p.m.
