All female ISMA members are invited to register for the Women in Medicine (WIM) Annual Retreat on Jan. 30-31 at the Hotel Carmichael in Carmel. Jane Bridges, MD; Laurel Fick, MD; and Erica Howe, MD, will speak at the event.

It addresses the intersection of emotional intelligence, identity formation, and change management, offering participants tools and insights to navigate challenges and transitions with confidence. 

For a second straight year, WIM has selected the critically acclaimed Hotel Carmichael to host the retreat. Hotel Carmichael, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is an architectural masterpiece inspired in part by the work of 18th-century architect Robert Adam. The venue delivers a distinguished hospitality experience, offering dining, refined meeting spaces, and thoughtful details, including daily live music.
