State seeks input on treating SUDs; deadline Feb. 5
The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) is seeking physicians’ participation in the Indiana Provider Workforce Capacity Survey. This important survey will help measure the capacity of Indiana’s health care workforce to treat substance use disorders (SUDs), supplementing information collected during the professional licensing process. Findings will be used to identify ways in which the state might implement additional provider supports.

Will individual responses be reported?
Individual responses to this survey will not appear in any report to FSSA, to other payers or to the public. All findings will be reported in aggregate and be used to inform state planning activities to expand substance use treatment services.

How do I complete the survey?
Access your survey no later than Feb. 5, and complete all questions.

How long will the survey take?
FSSA recognizes that physicians are busy and appreciates your involvement in this survey, which will take about 15 to 20 minutes.

Who do I contact with questions?
