Program description:

Hoosiers are concerned they might be exposed to the novel coronavirus if they visit hospitals and doctors’ offices, which could mean a slow recovery for the health care industry. To regain patients’ confidence, physicians and health care facilities must show them what measures are being taken to keep them safe. This webinar will cover four practical steps you can take to persuade patients to return.

Objectives:

At the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to:

-
Identify the things Indiana patients want to see in order for them to feel safe returning to health care facilities.
-
Understand how distance from hospital campuses matters.
-
Identify the communication messages, spokespeople and tools that consumers find most persuasive.
-
Name steps to implement now to make their businesses successful during the COVID-19 pandemic.
