Education
As Indiana's largest physician organization, ISMA provides members and their staffs with cost-effective, easy-to-use resources, tools and opportunities for professional development.

CME OneSource: The ISMA is a recognized accreditor through the ACCME® to certify diverse organizations in Indiana to offer CME programs. This site was developed as a one-stop tool to assist physicians and CME providers with their continuing medical education (CME) needs.

Mobile Learning: The "ISMA Online" app makes webinars and video courses on opioid prescribing and abuse free and accessible to all Indiana physicians. The app is part of ISMA’s comprehensive program to educate physicians about the opioid crisis using innovative technology. We look forward to providing other high-quality CME through the app in the future.

Podcast: The "ISMA Opioid Epidemic Podcast Series" puts critical information about opioid prescribing and addiction at your fingertips and makes it easy to earn credit toward Indiana’s opioid CME requirement for Controlled Substances Registration holders.

Opioid Prescribing Resources: The Physician Resource Center includes free webinars on opioid prescribing and abuse, articles, guidelines and other materials to help physicians help patients at risk for substance use disorder.

Seminars and Webinars: Workshops, seminars and archived and live webinars keep physicians current on clinical practice issues, guidelines and standards to promote quality and improvements in healthcare.
