New program trains physicians in becoming skilled leaders
ISMA is excited to offer a Physician Leadership Program to help physicians reach the next level in their careers. Having physicians in leadership positions helps keep patients’ welfare at the center of health care.

This program is presented in partnership with the executive education faculty of O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and helps develop skills essential to leaders in the emerging physician-led, team-based health care environment. The program is designed to teach self-awareness and how to present as a transformational leader, resilience amid high expectations and demands on leaders, and an understanding of how leadership determines an organization’s culture.

Two cohorts are offered, each limited to 20 physicians on a first-come, first-served basis. Learn more and sign up at www.ismanet.org/leadership.
