The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) Vital Records Division is committed to keeping medical certifiers informed as the September rollout of the Indiana Electronic Vital Events Registration System (EVERS) nears. Recently, ISDH released answers to some questions medical certifiers may have about EVERS, which debuts in September with a new death reporting system. These FAQs will be updated as more questions are received and as the September go-live date approaches.
